A cryptographic key or IV is passed as a hardcoded literal to a cipher constructor (CWE-321). Hardcoded keys let anyone with the source decrypt protected data. Derive keys from a KMS/secrets manager, and generate a fresh random IV/nonce per message (os.urandom / get_random_bytes).
