Default agreement: Self-service TurboPentest users agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at sign-up - no additional executed contracts are required to use the platform. The documents below are available for procurement teams whose vendor onboarding processes require formal executed agreements.
DPA
When this applies: Whenever Controller (you) requires a written DPA covering GDPR Article 28 / processor obligations. Especially relevant for EU customers, customers with EU-resident users, or customers under contracts that flow through GDPR obligations.
Mutual NDA
When this applies: Pre-sales discussions involving sensitive scope, sample report sharing, or any other confidential exchange before commercial agreement.
Why only two contracts published?
TurboPentest is a self-service product. The Terms of Use is our master agreement - clicking Buy or Sign Up constitutes the commercial relationship. We publish a Data Processing Agreement (for GDPR Article 28 obligations) and a Mutual NDA (for pre-sales discussions); both apply naturally to any SaaS processing personal data.
Other contract types - Master Service Agreement, written Subscription Agreement, custom Rules of Engagement, Statement of Work, on-premises deployment paper - are oriented around managed-engagement contexts that don't apply to TurboPentest's self-service model. We have templates for those too if your procurement team requires them; email [email protected] with the document type and your entity name.
All documents are templates provided for review. The “CLIENT” placeholder will be replaced with Controller's legal name during execution. To request execution on your paper, with negotiated changes, or in a different format, email [email protected] with your entity name, signatory, and any specific terms you need addressed.
