A wildcard CORS Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is sent (CWE-942). Any origin can read authenticated responses, and pairing it with Allow-Credentials exposes user data cross-origin. Echo back only a validated origin from an allow-list, and avoid '*' for credentialed endpoints.
