A TransformerFactory is created without restricting external DTD/stylesheet access, exposing XXE and SSRF via XSLT (CWE-611). Before transforming untrusted XML, set the ACCESS_EXTERNAL_DTD and ACCESS_EXTERNAL_STYLESHEET attributes to the empty string and enable FEATURE_SECURE_PROCESSING.
