w.Header().Set("Access-Control-Allow-Origin", "https://trusted.example.com")Why it matters & how to fix it
Cross-Origin Resource Sharing is configured with a wildcard origin ("*") (CWE-942). Any website can then read authenticated responses from this API; combined with AllowCredentials the browser will send cookies cross-site. Replace "*" with an explicit allow-list of trusted origins and only enable credentials for those specific origins.
